On September 29, 2025, Top Notch Tree Service was paid $1500.oo by check at the time of service at my home. Later that same day, unaware of the prior payment, I also paid the $1,500 invoice by credit card - resulting in a duplicate payment. I promptly notified your office and was assured a refund would be issued; however, despite multiple follow-ups, no refund has been received. A complaint has also been filed with the Better Business Bureau, which has gone unanswered. While the work performed was satisfactory, the failure to return the overpayment of $1,500 is unacceptable.
